The hotel is extremely wheelchair friendly, but the rooms were smaller than expected and had a noticeable smell. The service was cooperative and pleasant overall, despite a negative experience related to Arab prejudice. The location was good, especially in the F&B area, but some aspects were not as requested. My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the rooms were dedicated to animals and I wasn't sure if the smoking smell was from my neighbor or all rooms, the service was exceptional with Geky, Ragab, and Mohamed being especially wonderful.
